The next cross country is at Trent Meadows. This is the first time that we’ve held a race at this venue,

Directions below,  ask Matt for a map if these aren't clear.

Take the M1 to Junction 25.
2nd exit of the roundabout into Bostocks Lane – straight onto T Junction.
At the junction turn right into Longmoor Road. Follow the road to the large roundabout.
Turn left into Derby Road. Straight on to the 2nd roundabout.
Turn right into Waverly St (tesco is on your left).

The Bramcote XC has been re-arranged for the 30th January.

The Berry Hill XC has been cancelled (due to difficulties with the landowners).

NORTHERN X-C CHAMPS
These will be held on Jan 29th at Sunderland.  Ladies, 8km at 2.15pm.  Men at 3.05pm 12km.  Entries ASAP £5.  to Eleanor

NORTH MIDS X-C   KETTERING  13TH

Four members made the 150 round trip to Wickstead Park, the first of 3 double headers with the BDL XC league.  Lucy got of to a good start and was unfortunate to loose her way on the first lap,  a hazard for all front runners.  The men ran a steady 6 miles and collect their club championship points.

HEANOR PUD RUN    21ST

Ripley were well represented in this popular 10k sponsored by the worlds oldest christmas pudding maker Matthew Walker.  Paul Clarke continued his good form to set a great time  and several runners recorded pbs.  Paula knocked a big chunk off her previous pb and Anne was an inspiration to the experienced runners to record her first pb for some time.

It was great to see 3 new members competing in their first 10k, special thanks to Steve for helping some of the new members.
