Worksop Half Marathon Sunday 31st October
Well done to all those who took part. Jeanette completed her first HM. Congratulations toour newest member Richard Phillis who has lowered his PB 3 mins. Please let Matt know if I've missed any one or pbs etc. Stuart Cunningham from NDRC completing in 76.44 had the run of his life and he's a v45 o no excuses from our aging RRC members.
Looking at the results the Heanor, NDRC and Belper men are putting in some good performances. So lets get some quality training in over the winter.
